Ideological Resolution

1. It is the duty of the government to give jobs to every youth. If it is not possible for the government, then he / she should be given monthly unemployment allowance as per the inflation index.

2. The current education system should be discontinued and education system should be introduced which emphasizes technical and physical education for all from primary education.

3. S. C.S. T. Student scholarship is inadequate and should be increased.

4. O. B. C. Scholarships should be given to students like students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

5. Education up to degree level should be free for all.

6. Retirement age of government / semi-government employees should be reduced from 60 years to 55 years.

7. While giving 50% reservation to women, reservation should be given to SCST and OBC women.

8. Educational and employment facilities in the private sector should be given to Dalits, Adivasis and Bahujan’s.

9. The condition of Non-Creamy Layer should be removed in the concession given to OBC.

10. The onerous conditions for obtaining caste certificate should be reduced.

11. The contracting system should be abolished and those workers should be given permanent jobs.

12. The backlog in government and semi-government offices should be filled immediately.

13. The current system of parliamentary democracy is considered to be the best form of government. The National Black Panther Party will vigorously defend this state system.

14. Respects all religions and recognizes the freedom of all religions to practice their religions.

15. It will also attack the rusty norms, traditions and superstitions.

16. Will oppose casteism, sectarianism, linguistics, provincialism.

17. It considers equality of all religions as well as equality between men and women.

18. Special efforts will be made to encourage the youth in the fields of arts, sports literature and culture and also to keep them away from addictive substances and addictions.

19. The party will make efforts to implement the measures taken for the rights of senior citizens.
